Jampack AI, a Brooklyn-based startup building agentic workflows to automate wholesale operations for consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands, has raised $3.2 million in a seed funding round led by Maveron with participation from Timber Grove Ventures and industry angel investors.
Announced Feb. 24–25, 2026, the company says it launched publicly five months ago and is already processing more than $500 million in annualized wholesale volume for customers including Fishwife, Immi and Path Water.
Co-founded by Matteo Rossant and Rezi Tsulukidze, Jampack AI automates purchase order processing, truckload scheduling, invoicing and other fragmented tasks without requiring brands to replace existing systems.
The startup reports customers save at least 20 hours per week on manual work, cut freight costs by about 15%, and accelerate order-to-invoice cycles by up to 50x.
The new capital will be used to expand engineering, deepen integrations across the CPG ecosystem and scale the platform’s agentic workflows to handle growing wholesale complexity.
