Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are co-producing an untitled scripted drama about polo for Netflix, industry outlets reported on March 23-24, 2026.
The series, set in Wellington, Florida, is described as an âupstairs-downstairsâ story revolving around rival polo teams and the families that lead them.
Writer Francisca X. Hu (Teacup) is attached and will executive produce alongside Harry and Meghanâs Archewell Productions, Fake Empire partners Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, and Archewell scripted head Tracy Ryerson.
The project stems from Harryâs 2024 Polo docuseries and forms part of a slate of film and TV projects under a multi-year first-look arrangement between Archewell and Netflix.
The announcement arrives amid recent headlines about a strained relationship after Netflix withdrew as an investor in Meghanâs As Ever lifestyle brand and amid coverage suggesting tension over the Sussexesâ output; Netflix chief content officer Bela Bajaria has publicly denied that the streamer is âdoneâ with the couple.
No release date has been set; other adaptations in development with Archewell include The Wedding Date and Meet Me at the Lake.
