Porsche has unveiled the 2027 911 GT3 S/C, the first series-production convertible variant of the GT3 line.
Built as a twoâseater Sport Cabriolet that borrows lightweight carbon-fiber components from the 911 S/T, the S/C retains the highârevving, naturally aspirated 4.0âliter flat-six tuned to 9,000 rpm and rated at about 502 horsepower and 331 lbâft of torque.
The model is offered exclusively with a shortâratio sixâspeed manual transmission, rearâwheel drive and a chassis tuned to GT3 Touring specifications.
Weight is kept low at roughly 3,322 lb through CFRP body panels, magnesium centerâlock wheels and standard carbonâceramic brakes.
The powerâoperated fabric roof opens in roughly 12 seconds (wind deflector in 2 seconds). Porsche lists a U.S. starting price of $275,350, with order books open now and deliveries expected by fall 2026.
Unlike the limited-run Speedster, the GT3 S/C is planned as a series-production model.
