Samsung has confirmed its Galaxy Z TriFold is officially sold out following a final limited restock in April 2026.
The tri-fold device, first launched in South Korea in December 2025 and introduced to the U.S. at CES in January 2026, featured a dual-hinge design that unfolded into a roughly 10âinch Dynamic AMOLED display and carried a premium $2,899 price.
Samsung intentionally capped production at an estimated 20,000â30,000 units worldwide and formally discontinued the model in March 2026, citing high production costs.
A brief online and inâstore availability window starting April 10 proved to be the last chance to buy new direct from Samsung; the company has updated the product page to say the âlimitedârun Galaxy Z TriFold is now completely sold outâ and is directing customers toward the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy S26 Ultra.
Samsung has signalled work on a TriFold successor, but a followâup device is not expected before 2027, leaving interested buyers to seek units on secondary markets.
