Actor Dylan Sprouse confronted and restrained a man who trespassed on the Hollywood Hills property he shares with wife Barbara Palvin in the early hours of April 17, 2026, according to police and multiple media reports.
Palvin called 911 at about 12:30 a.m. local time after noticing a person on the grounds.
Sprouse tackled the individual on the lawn and held him until Los Angeles Police Department officers arrived.
Authorities say the suspect did not enter the couple’s house, no injuries were reported, and the man was taken into custody on outstanding warrants unrelated to the incident.
Reports differ on whether Sprouse pointed a firearm at the suspect: TMZ and several outlets said he held the man at gunpoint, while police told NBC News he was armed but did not draw his weapon.
Sprouse has declined prosecution, and representatives for the couple have not publicly commented.
Coverage of the event was published April 18–19, 2026, by multiple U.S. and international entertainment and news outlets.
