Country star Morgan Wallen overturned a piano onstage at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver on May 29 after experiencing a technical problem during his Still The Problem tour.
Videos circulating on social media show Wallen beginning the ballad âSand in My Bootsâ at the stadium, then standing up mid-song when he appeared unable to hear the instrument.
He finished the number a cappella, returned to the piano and pushed it onto its side; parts of the instrument were seen damaged as the crowd gasped and cheered.
The incident, captured from multiple angles, has since gone viral across platforms including TikTok, X and Instagram.
The Denver shows are part of Wallenâs 2026 stadium run supporting his album Iâm the Problem; he is due to play further U.S. dates including Pittsburgh in early June.
Representatives for Wallen had not issued an immediate comment.
The episode has revived attention to the singerâs earlier offstage controversies, including a 2024 guilty plea to misdemeanors after throwing a chair from a rooftop bar in Nashville.
