Remedy Entertainment’s sequel Control Resonant will launch on September 24, 2026, the studio announced during PlayStation’s State of Play in early June.
The game will release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC (Steam and Epic). Control Resonant centers on Dylan Faden as the sole playable character as Manhattan is warped by a new paranatural resonance; Jesse Faden remains a narrative presence.
Pre-orders are live with a standard edition priced at $59.99 and a Digital Deluxe Edition at $69.99.
The Digital Deluxe Edition includes a digital artbook, original soundtrack, starter resource bundle, AWE mission outfit, an untapped artifact and other extras.
PlayStation 5 buyers of the Digital Deluxe Edition get a 48-hour early access window beginning September 22 and an exclusive Occult outfit; the early access and that outfit are not available on Xbox or PC. Pre-order bonuses for digital buyers across platforms include a Hiss Corruption outfit and the Pickpocket’s Tool artifact.
Remedy said the title is self-published and framed Resonant as a larger, more melee-focused follow-up that explores the Faden siblings’ shared past.
