Billboard’s Women in Music awards took place April 29, 2026 at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, celebrating female artists, executives and industry figures.
Actress and performer Keke Palmer hosted and opened the show with a live number.
The ceremony honored the singing voices of HUNTR/X (EJAE, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami) as Women of the Year following the success of the K-pop-linked soundtrack single “Golden.” Other major winners included Zara Larsson (Breakthrough), Tate McRae (Hitmaker), Kehlani (Impact), Thalía (Icon), Teyana Taylor (Visionary), Laufey (Innovator), Mariah the Scientist (Rising Star) and Ella Langley (Powerhouse). Global Force awards went to Canadian rock band The Beaches and Filipino girl group BINI. ASCAP executive Elizabeth Matthews was named Executive of the Year.
The night combined performances from honorees, red-carpet fashion moments featuring designers such as Monse, Versace and Ashi Studio, and industry presentations, underscoring cross-genre and international recognition across mainstream, country and global pop scenes.
