Former television actor Nick Pasqual was sentenced on June 2, 2026 to 32 years to life in prison after a Los Angeles jury convicted him of attempted murder, forcible rape, first‑degree residential burglary and related domestic‑violence counts for a May 2024 attack on his estranged girlfriend, makeup artist Allie Shehorn.
Prosecutors said Pasqual broke into Shehorn’s Sunland, California home around 4:30 a.m., stabbed her more than 20 times and fled the state; he was stopped days later at a U.S. border checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, Texas and extradited to Los Angeles.
Shehorn testified at trial with visible scars and described prior abuse and a restraining order she had obtained; she required emergency surgery and intensive care following the attack.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Hayden Zackey described the assault as exceptionally violent.
