📰 Full Story
Bruce Springsteen will release Live From Asbury Park 2024 on Record Store Day, April 18, 2026, marking the first physical issuance of his three-hour headlining performance at the 2024 Sea.Hear.Now festival.
The package will be offered as a 5xLP set (RSD Exclusive) limited to 6,050 copies and a 3xCD set (RSD First) limited to 3,700 copies.
The beachside show in Asbury Park — attended by roughly 35,000 fans — mixed career-spanning hits and early rarities, including performances of “Thunder Road,” “Dancing in the Dark,” “Blinded By the Light” and “4th of July, Asbury Park (Sandy).” The vinyl edition will be sold in participating independent record stores on Record Store Day; the CD is eligible for wider retail release after the event.
The release follows wide critical praise for the concert as a homecoming moment and comes as Springsteen has indicated a new, possibly political, solo album is slated for release this year.
The limited-run packages aim to serve collectors, support indie retailers and archive a notable entry in Springsteen’s recent live legacy.
